    That applies to V7 and before.  In V8 and later, you should use Application Control.

    Rules for Application Control, often do not work,  I reported this several times, and for version 8.3*** / 9.***, even with SCAN HTTPS enabled. Blocking URL is still valid, but I wonder if there are new urls to apply ...

    That applies to V7 and before.  In V8 and later, you should use Application Control.

    Blocking Skype will not work correctly and rules by time / groups are welcome to aplication control.
