Google exe download allowed

I have the standard extensions blocked which includes exe.  have no exception list for google yet was able to download and install google chrome.

Any ideas

    Looks like you just uploaded the firewall log, please check the web filtering log as that log pertains to the http proxy. It should indicate as to why the traffic is being allowed or denied or if it is bypassing the proxy completely.
