MAC Address for HTTP/S Exceptions

I find the fastest way to make exceptions for home media devices (like Apple TV) and smart phones is to make a host exception with the IP address of the device. In this way I do not need to find the URLs to except. Now there is chance this may break if the IP is assigned by DHCP.

Is there a way to use the MAC address instead of the IP address to define the exception?

If not, is it possible to have Astaro assign a static IP based on MAC address?

I'd like to avoid having to setup static IP for these types of devices.

Thanks
