proxy blocks oracle web application

i have astaro 425 ver 8.301 i am using standard proxy for web browsing , when i access one web portal govt. site i am facing problem with oracle application its not working.

error :java.lang.classnotfoundexception: oracle.forms.egine.main

 when the same pc add any

    Look at the Firewall log again - if everything works correctly with the Any rule in place, then something must be blocked when it is not.

    Another possibility is to create an exception in the web proxy for a source host (your pc) that skips every test but logs the traffic. Then go back to problematic site and look in the web proxy log - then you may get an idea what target sites needs an exception.
