Connection timed out

Hello guys!
Good day!I'd like to ask what causes a connection timed out on a specific website.i've added that url to allowed lists and i even tried putting it on trusted websites(created on network definitions).
i also checked the url filtering categories (which has only 3 blacklisted categories namely extremistic sites, nudity and suspicious) several times and thought i might have forgotten to add it on the allowed lists. checked application control too, and even i tried to add on app control but it's no good.
by the way, this packet filter is used for the wifi.

    Hi sir, thanks and sorry for it took me days to check the forum...

    going back to the concern, the url is facebook.com...
    sometimes, it works...but most of the time it doesn't...
    the error message> says connection timed out...since, i didn't fully setup the astaro, i dont know where the error is coming from and what causes it to time out...
    any tips sir?
