divide all users conected to astaro to 2 group and put different permission

You will need to study as there's no step-by-step prescription for all of this, and no replacement for studying how to use Web Filtering Profiles.

First, you only need to establish one group - those with free access.  You have some work to do to establish that group.  There are two different ways you can do this:

• Configure DHCP to assign fixed IP addresses to everyone
  or
  
• Create users in Astaro, configure 'Client Authentication' and distribute the AAA.

Using Client Authentication probably will require a bit more effort, but it will be more secure and will have the advantage of identifying the users in the Web Filtering log file and reports.  After you've decided which way you want to proceed, post here again for the next steps.

ok  BAlfson i will use the method two client authentication

but first let me tell you what i know, 
1- i enable dhcp and every pc enter by the system astaro can take automatic ip then i make mapping every pc with it ip and mac so that every time pc enter the system take the same ip

2- i create user 1,user 2 user 3 user 4 and create group 1,group 2

then put users 1,2 member of group 1
users 3,4 member of group 2

but i will like to begin with me step by step  again in creating the users and groups 
 i want to explain me the configuration from A to Z
