Increase Proxy Timeout

Hi,

is it possible to increase the timeout value on the proxy? We are using version 8.301. We have an intranet system that connects to an outside source that we know can take a couple of mins to get a full response, however we keep getting a "Timeout while reading response from Server" error after a minute. Our proxy is set in standard AD mode.

Chris, are you sure that increasing the time out would solve the problem? What line do you see in the Web Filtering log when this occurs?
