Hotmail Filtering

We can access Hotmail account but once logged on there are errors on page and inbox is not accessible. We tried to add all exceptions to skip filters for hotmail but to no success. This happened overnight without any changes made to firewall. 
Can anyone advice?

    This one bothered me since last night. Unfortunately it seems that Astaro is a bit too strict with regard to the 'suspicious' filter category. I Assume you have this active in your URL filter (Basic webfilter) or in your filter actions in the web filtering profiles.

    It seems that Astaro now designates microsofts js.wlxrs.com as Phishing. Can't say I blame them, but it does render the java scripts needed to navigate through hotmail rather useless [:D]

    js.wlxrs.com is part of Microsofts Webmail services as far as I know. I will open a call with Astaro on Monday (if they haven't corrected it by then), but for now you can fix this by creating a new exception list (let's call it Microsoft Webmail services), and skip URL filter check for js.wlxrs.com. 

    This worked fine for me, hope it will work for you as well...
