Safesearch enforcement in ASG v. 8.3

I currently am running ASG v. 8.3 with a Home License.  I have set the search engines to enforce safesearch in Web Security; however, now it appears that user can simply turn off the option in the search results field.  AS you might know, this opens up a large content hole, as Google's results (image and video) are searchable by SSL.

It seems to have arisen via a package update -- any thoughts?

    I know that; however, due to the prevalence of linux and iOS devices on the network, it seemed more trouble than it was worth.

    My real concern lies with the fact that users can now turn off safesearch.  Before, I am sure they could not, as I had tested it several times myself.  Is there any to prevent this?

    If they log into their google accounts then google switches them to https.  The only way to enforce safe search at that point is to enable https scanning.  This is not an astaro thing but a side effect og the ongoing shift to https by many online vendors
