    This is done in 'Quality of Service' (QoS) Maybe you could give an example of what you want to accomplish!  Also, say whether you have more-than-one Astaro interface connected to local networks (that includes VLANs).

    It's possible, for example, to limit the availability of facebook to 11:30AM-to-12:30PM or to limit the bandwidth usage to 150Kb/second.  It's not currently possible to do what you ask.  You might want to vote for the following:

    Web Security: Time Quotas for Internet access
    Networking: Bandwidth / Traffic Quota
