irs.gov in Malaysia?

Running version 8.103. This morning all of my end users are getting this error when they try to visit Internal Revenue Service

While trying to retrieve the URL:  Internal Revenue Service 
The content is blocked due to the following condition:  The URL you have requested matches a forbidden Country. If you think this is wrong, please contact your administrator. 
Country:  Malaysia

    I realized that after checking the DNS cache in my server. I wasn't sure if Akamai had servers in Malaysia and was trying to find out. I did allow Malaysia for a quick fix, but now I see I may have to keep that.

    It's probably a wierd issue with Akamai's redirection... You might try lodging an issue report with Akamai.  This does not appear to be an Astaro issue.
