irs.gov in Malaysia?

Running version 8.103. This morning all of my end users are getting this error when they try to visit Internal Revenue Service

While trying to retrieve the URL:  Internal Revenue Service 
The content is blocked due to the following condition:  The URL you have requested matches a forbidden Country. If you think this is wrong, please contact your administrator. 
Country:  Malaysia

    The problem isn't with Astaro I don't believe.  It looks like some of the websites, such as IRS.gov, FedEx.com, Travelocity.com, Bing.com and many other are using akamaitechnologies.com to attempt to accelerate their websites.  And Akamai has web servers in Singapore and Malaysia.

    I had to enable traffic from these countries to get my clients working again.

    If you look at the Ping that I did to these sites, you'll notice the Reverse DNS is Akamai.
