Setting up HTTPS proxy (non-transparant) - Certificates

Hi,
Can anyone direct me to some documentation on this?
I'm mainly stuck on the issue of certificates - whenever I visit a https site the computer says the certificate is bad.
This also prevents apps on the ipad working.

    The good news for you is that newer Astaro installs have SHA certificates.  Unfortunately for all of us "old-timers" here, redoing the cert from MD5 to SHA is a royal pain requiring redoing VPN configurations - not friendly, Apple!
