On the Dashboard, web filtering is active, 0 requests served. Though my network users browser many pages each day. There is some setting which needs to be checked at?

if you want to configure astaro as proxy in your system or browser settings, use http proxy in standard mode (proxy is ASGs IP or FQN with port 8080), if you don't want or can use standard mode, set proxy mode to transparent, which requires ASG to be your networks default gateway, and transparently filters outgoing http traffic, or with ssl scanning activated https traffic too.
