How to bypass Web Filtering for one PC, using Time of Day

Looked at the documentation, and forums, and can't seem to make this work... hoping this is simple and someone can give me some guidance.

I would like to bypass Web Filtering for one IP (desktop PC), between 10pm and 3am.  I would like to do this without the need to login, if possible.

Could someone summarize the steps one would need to take, and I can give it another try?  So far, my filter action, filter assignments and proxy profile combination is not working.   :-)

    Create a Profile for just the single IP.  Create Time events for 22:00->24:00 and 00:00->03:00.  Create three Filter Assignements all with 'Users/Groups' blank, using the Time Events in the first two and leaving the third on >.

    AND...

    Make sure that profile is above any one profile defined that may include that IP as part of a network... to be safe, make sure it's the 1st profile in the profile order, if you create more than one.
