Ok so i updated to 8.300 today, it had no issues, installing, updating and rebooting. the problem started occuring about 5mins after the reboot.
i can visit anysite, say Google for example, and it takes a good 2mins to load. Disable webproxy, loads straight away.
Ram is at 40% which is normal, and cpu isnt going above 10%, so whats going on?
