Web Filtering Profile - global exceptions override filter action block all?

Hi all,

I've configured AD SSO and would like to block internet access for a specific AD group.

So I've set the following:
Filter Action "Default Block All" for the group ASTARO-NOINET
Proxy Profile "FN profile" with 2 Filter Assignements "NoInternet" and "Default content filter profile assignment"

But it seems that exceptions defined on Web Filtering >> Exceptions page override Filter Action "Default Block All"

Can anyone confirm this behavior?

This is intentional - the whole point of the exceptions is to override blocks for specific users,sites,etc.
