limited login for websecurity exceptions

I'm exploring for a way to allow an office manager access to the firewall for web security changes (add to URL exception list, country block changes) that does not give the user full administrative rights to the firewall.
At this point it appears that I can't limit access to specific task for the secondary user.

You don't have the capability to limit particular users to specific tasks, but you can limit them to discreet sections within WebAdmin. See Management>>WebAdmin Settings>>Access Control Tab. Please see the in-line help for details.

Country-block changes require what Scott discusses, but creating an Exception for a specific URL can be done by any user authorized to create an override.
