We would like to introduce web filtering on our networked users. When I try and add a group or proxy I am unable to select the users/groups or network. I have attached a few images, can someone help with this.
first you have to setup SSO/ad. then you have to setup the user prefetch from the AD/SSO system. Then you need to setup either agent or web-based user authentication...then you can do your groups.
I think the problem actually lies in my web browser. As you can see in the Source Network box there is no Folder icon or Plus icon. I am having strange behaviour with Google Chrome that cannot be replicated in Firefox or IE.
(side note, I already have the AD clients and groups added.)
