Application Control 8.203

I need to block skype connection from our lan, so I configurated the application control to do this. In the windows of application control setup, i have selected all the applications inherent skype comunication but nothing happens.
I checked the log windows and it looks like the protocols are correctly blocked. I don't know why but the connection with Skype is still alive. 
Not sure if I missed anything. Do you know if there is anything else I can do ?

    Uhm... I have no experiences with application control (I have 8.103) but I have read here that Application Control does not scan encrypted traffic... skype encrypts all data....

    I hope someone can confirm/contradict what I said
