unkown traffic/protocol in Flow monitor

unclasifed traffic/protocol in Flow monitor livelog
Dear Mams/Sirs,

I am seeing a lot of unclassified traffic/protocol in Flow monitor
There is the option to shape or to block other types of traffic ..but not the unknown traffic.

Either this is something unique or I am missing something rather basic here.

If could please, at least point me the right direction ?

unknown traffic is not shapeable in the web application filter by design. If you use the QOS that's where unclassified traffic can get shaped...

Thanks a bunch for the reply and all.
I was wondering also, quantifying the unclassified traffic better.. Where would I look to see which IPs and apps the unclassified traffice was coming from or going to ?

That is in the flow meter displayed. The columns are clickable and then reveal that information in real time.

Hi, I believe a Network Security license would be the correct one.
