Facebook blocked

Hi Community,

i run an ASG v8 in my private network, but for a longer time i got an problem using Facebook. The "normal" page show's up normaly, but all ajax requests make problems.

I noticed in my daily executive reports, that two facebook relatated domains were blocked (don't know why), but i tried to add these two URL's als exception. That worked for one of the two, but the second one still get blocked.

Any ideas?

    Hi,

    for example requests to "0-310.channel.facebook.com" or facebook.com (ajax requests). They just seem to time-out. As a wrote i allready disabled the cache, but it seems like the cache is still active...

    There's nothing in the Web Filtering or Intrusion Prevention logs, and no block shown in the Firewall log?  How is that posssible?  If there's nothing in the Web Filtering log, the traffic is NOT being handled by the Proxy.  If there's nothing in the IPS and Firewall logs, Astaro is not blocking anything.  What question are we not asking ourselves?
