SSL Check fails very often in the last days

Dear all.

We got some problems concerning to the SSL Certificate trust check. We have several pages which don't run via the proxy because our proxylog tells us that the certificate is wrong...

My question now is. Could it be that some certificates won't be renewed? And because of this pages won't be displayed in the browser?

I think in this case its a missing intermediate certificate...

By chance are you using the proxy in transparent mode? Try creating an exception rule to skip the certificate checks.

Yes, there's an intermediate certificate that needs to be on the ASG ... the QuoVadis Global SSL ICA cert (issued by their Root 2)... If you have official ASG support, you may want to start a case with them to make sure they add it in the next firmware release. In the meantime, you can upload it as a trusted CA in the HTTPS CAs tab in WebAdmin.
