streaming still working

I have blocked category streaming media but this one are still working why ?
No Radio is allowed

    The link you presented was not categorized separately from http://www.startpagina.com/.  As your Content Filter (HTTP/S) log will show, your URL was categorized as "Portal site" with "Minimal risk" - not as "streaming media."

    The link in my post above is where you can check a URL and suggest a separate categorization for your radio URL.
