streaming still working

I have blocked category streaming media but this one are still working why ?
No Radio is allowed

Suggest categorization as "Streaming Media"

smartfilter XL ? is that Astaro 8
or do you mean url filtering : Additional URLs/sites to block
We are using Astaro 7.511
There is no category smartfilter XL.
