Download Authentication Required

How do you get rid of the option Authentication require box if you are not allowed to download?

Staff are trying to download, they are not allowed too but they get the authentication require box, they sign in and it fails becauses its not setup.

Can we get rid of the option period.

If you're talking about the Unblock URL button on blocked pages: In WebAdmin>>Web Security>>Web Filtering>>URL Filtering Tab, remove all entries from the "Users/Groups allowed to bypass blocking" box to disable this feature.

Otherwise, can you post a screenshot? Hard to tell if this is an Astaro generated page or something generated by a webserver, based on your description.
