Need to block 1 ip for outgoing connections

Hi there,

I need to block one specific IP in my LAN, which means that no connection to the internet should be possible. the only connection that should be available should be for remote administration using the Astaro SSL Client.

Has anyone already done that and if would you mind telling how you've done that!?

Hi, GMS, and welcome to the User BB!

Packet Filter (Firewall) rule at the top: '{one specific IP} -> Any -> Internet : Drop'.

In 'Web Security >> HTTP/S', be sure that {one specific IP} is not included in networks included in 'Allowed networks'.

But, this confuses me a bit: "the only connection that should be available should be for remote administration using the Astaro SSL Client." Do you want to use the SSL VPN from inside your network? I don't think that would work, but I've never tried it.
