HTTPS Proxy Exception

I have my Android phone added as an exception to my Web Proxy Filter. I also have the "Allow HTTP/S traffic for listed hosts/nets" box checked. I can access HTTP pages on my Android phone but not HTTPS Pages. Any idea why?

You might need a packet filter set to allow the HTTP/S traffic...
