Wireless speed dropping while using FTP proxy

Hello,

I'm using a wireless laptop (192.168.50.10) to upload files to my WD Share Space (192.168.50.101) using FTP client (filezilla).  The connection speed start to drop from 150MB to 1MB.  Please let me know if I can provide additional information.  Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

    Are you using the Astaro FTP Proxy?  If so, have you tried an exception for Anti-Virus for your Share Space?

    Is there any information in the Intrusion Prevention lof?

    I do have FTP proxy turn on, but included an exception for the laptop not for the WD Share Space.  I haven't check for the IPS log, but I will when I get home.

    After creating a new exception for the WD Share Space with skipping anti-virus check.  I also brought up IPS live log to see if anything shows up.  I started the FTP client (filezilla) and uploading a video file.  It stated out dropping from 150MB to 108MB and stayed like that for 1min, then drop to 1MB.  I see nothing in the IPS live log. Any other suggestions is greatly appreciated.

    How about if you disable the FTP Proxy?

    disabled FTP proxy does the same thing.  It started out 150MB, then drop to 121MB, then 108MB, 81MB, 2MB, then comes to a halt 1MB.  Downloading a 4GB file with no problem speed ranging between 121MB and 108MB.
