Proxy Auto Configuration issue????

HI all [:@]

I want to publish my proxy setting in Internet Explorer, using Astaro auto proxy configuration ( Astaro Java script ) ...

Network information :
LAN subnet : 192.168.100.0/24
Default gateway : 192.168.100.253 ( this is Astaro LAN ip address ) 

Domain name : domain.local 
DNS 1 IP address : 192.168.100.13

please tell me what should i do ,
