Ultrasuf and proxy breaker

I have ASG120 , 8.201
everything is working well for network security , while nothing is effective in wev security , 
i have bought this firewall , to have a daily report on who use the internet and how and what he aceess .[:(]

Not if he uses ultrasusrf , he could overcome the policy on my firewall and surf what he wants !!
does any one has a trip , tactic or any ways to block ultrasurf
i used to block it , in version 9,80 maybe , but noew ultrasurf 10,17
could not be blocked !!

    I have tried the regex and it really worked for me, 
    of course I have no PF rules that allow http or https traffic so all the traffic are getting through web proxy, I will try it again, you could also block uncategorized
