How on earth we could block Hotspotshield from our ASG 425 running 8.103

If it always connects to the same remote endpoint address, then you can try to block it that way.

If you are using HTTP Proxy block Anonymizers and Anonymizing Utilities, and add the

following line to "block these URLs/sites"

https?://[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}/

I have to warn you though adding it may cause some issues with some websites.
