Application Visibility/Control - NTR Global Remote Access

Hi all,

few days ago I tried to block the NTR Global remote control software via Application Visibility/Control but I was unable to find it on the Remote Access category. Can someone confirm that it isn't included in v8.201?. If not, what should be the "official way" to request it? [:S]

I can confirm that there is no definition for NTR Global Remote Control. There is a possibility that a definition for another remote control software could potentially block NTR though, if they are similar enough.

If you would like a definition added, place a request at Astaro Gateway Feature Requests. Scroll down a little bit and click on the link to Astaro Application Control Pattern Requests on the right hand side.

I did some testings and it seems that none of the remote control software detection patterns of the Application Visibility/Control is able to detect and block the NTR Global Remote Control software.

Following your instructions, I opened a new feature request here:
