How can I assign my website to a web proxy category?

Type in your URL and choose Smart Filter XL.

Then you can change the category.

To give a little more detail, you are submitting a change request.  All requests are reviewed and if accepted will take effect in about 4-24 hours.

- I can understand the part whereby we need to file a change of catagory.

- But do you know how long the system take if a website we need to access is determined as Uncatagorized for Their Database to Catagorized it?

- I currently Must turn on Block Uncatagorized site as it is really good for those links in spammed mails whereby children simply dont listen and will click everything.

- But I also noticed some real websites, after click, shows Uncatagorized, I put in my password to allow it but 1 week later, that website it still not processed and added to this database.

- It is very tedious to put everything in manually.
