[8.201] Web Proxy Not Working

My Astaro was currently at 8.200, when my proxy stopped working.  I figured an update would work, so I updated to 8.201.  Still nothing.  I ran the troubleshooting in Windows 7 Network Configuration and it states the following: "The device or resource (web proxy) is not set up to accept connections on port "8080"."  I am confused by this since I have verified on Astaro that my Web Fitering Port is 8080.

A little info:
I have no active Firewall Rules, everything goes through the proxy.  It was working fine yesterday, and then in the middle of the day it didn't.

I am a long time user but in no means experienced.  Please help!

    Somethings not quite right.  Let's try this:  Go to Web Security>>Web Filtering>>Advanced Tab>>Misc Settings.  Change the port to something else, like 9090, click Apply.  Now change it back to 8080 and click apply again.  Give the proxy a minute to restart.  Check if it is listening on port 8080.  If not, go to the Global Tab and change the mode to Transparent and click Apply, then change it back to Standard mode and click apply again.
