[8.201] Web Proxy Not Working

My Astaro was currently at 8.200, when my proxy stopped working.  I figured an update would work, so I updated to 8.201.  Still nothing.  I ran the troubleshooting in Windows 7 Network Configuration and it states the following: "The device or resource (web proxy) is not set up to accept connections on port "8080"."  I am confused by this since I have verified on Astaro that my Web Fitering Port is 8080.

A little info:
I have no active Firewall Rules, everything goes through the proxy.  It was working fine yesterday, and then in the middle of the day it didn't.

I am a long time user but in no means experienced.  Please help!

    Go to support>advanced>Local Network Connections  and make sure that port 8080 (web server) is listening

    Assuming that works fine make sure that the settings on your ASG match the settings on the client (i.e. if you are using standard mode , add the proxy)
