Some thing wrong with Application Visibility

Everytime I enable the new Network Visibility module after some time running I get this in the Middle ware log

If I leave this module disabled then I never get these errors.  Seems like there is an issue with the following line /utils/File.pm line 149. I have no application controls defined just enable the network visibility Tab. Does anyone else see this issue?

If I leave this disabled I never have any of these issues.

    I reported this back in the Beta I believe and the thought then was it was most likely HW or something went wrong in the updates. I have since re-imaged a new firewall with the ISO 8.201 and simply restored the backup. Unfortunately after 1 day 3 hours and 0 min the same thing happen again Same log entries and same e-mail alerts. At this point I do not believe this to be a HW or upgrade issue but an issue with the network visibility module. With is disable I do not have these errors. It's to bad cause I would really like to use the new feature.
