Not acceptable - weather.com

I've had this problem for awhile and figured I'd submit it.  Once in a while, although it's been more often than not (past few months) whenever I goto weather.com I get the below error.   Sometimes it will work just fine though.

If I turn off the whole web content scanning engine, it pulls up perfect though, so I know it has something to do with that.  So then I tried making an exception rule and having that URL not be  scanned, etc... and that didn't help either.  So I know its some sort of encoding bug or something?   Thanks in advance

  • What browser are you using?  i use weather.com often and I've never seen anything like that.

  • firefox 5.0, I coulda swore it happened in IE 8.0, but I can't confirm that just yet because now the website is working.
  • The only problem I've had with Weather.com is that their interactive radar maps are "allergic" to the proxy; I've taken to using a local TV station's online radar maps instead... In my case, it may also just be a service issue at weather.com, as an online search reveals a lot of people complaining about those radar maps, haven't had time to get down to the root of the issue.
