At least on my home box. The celey one. I can press enter on a website request and i can watch on top as i count to three before httpproxy process shows up and then my page comes in. This is with local database. If i turn off the proxy response is back to instant. I've tried turning off the a/v to no effect. does the new proxy need faster something? this box is one i upgraded with the soft-release. I have yet to check another machine installed form the ground up..but will be verifying to see if this is machine specific or fleetwide.
