Proxy failure no LAN access

After a power outage our HTTP proxy is not functioning.

Transparent Proxy
We have confirmed working internet/dns.  When lan users attempt to access websites the action tries to complete.  the website title will load, and occasionally a website will load after a few minutes.

When trying to access webadmin via the LAN the action fails to complete.  Sometimes I can get to the login screen, but login will not complete after several instances of "allow more time for action"

I can only access webadmin via VPN, and can access the ASG220 by SSH over the lan or console.

This is a critical issue for our business.  I have exhausted all of the logs and tricks that I know.  Including turning off all filtering/ips, creating manual proxies, and restoring to known good backups.

The next option I can think of is reinstall completey.  Does anyone have any ideas?  What is the name of the proxy process?

  • If you are using this in a business, then you no doubt have Standard or Premium Support;  have you tried starting a case with Astaro Support?

It's impossible to diagnose the issue with the information given thus far, but I'm willing to bet that if you have a good configuration back from before the power outage, you should be able to reload the system from an ISO, and restore the configuration backup file.
