DNS Host vs DNS Group in Transparent Mode Skiplist

Good morning...

What is the difference between a DNS Host and a DNS Group as far as the transparent mode skiplist is concerned?

What is an example of the best use of each?

I have looked around but cannot figure it out.  It might be too obvious?

    I hate to rehash an old thread, but wanted to ask this question... IF the DNS IP/group of IPs change, will the DNS Host/DNS Group update its list accordingly? RE: does it query those at intervals to keep them current, otherwise, its defeats the logical idea and just becomes a different method of just putting them in as Host entries..
