hello good afternoon I have this PROBEM look and I can not solve the problem is this

I have https enabled captive portal and want to access my university is this page and tell me https://sso.uned.es/sso/index.aspx reset connection but with the captive portal with http I can access without problems that I have to follow steps to solve the problem by waiting for an answer

What mode is the web proxy operating in? If in transparent mode, you can add the site to the Transparent Proxy Skiplist. If using another mode, you can dig into the Content Filter log to see if it tells you what component of the proxy the site may be having trouble with, then create an applicable exception rule.
