URL unblocked after removed from 'always allowed' list

I just inherit a small office network with ASG110/120 box.  Previously the company block all 'jobs' website, except one (say, monster).  So I put monster.com in the always allowed list.

Everything works fine, all jobs sites are block while monster goes through.

Now, the mgr want to block monster as well, so I remove monster from always allowed list.  However, everybody can still access monster.com as if it is still in allowed list.

Anybody seen something like this?  Your help is greatly appreciated.

(ps I can't put monster into "always blocked" because the HR still want to go there. I guess I will have to create some exceptions for them)

Hi, Zome, and welcome to the User BB!

It sounds like the prior Astaro admin put in an Exception for monster.com. That would have been unnecessary in most cases.

If that doesn't answer your question, please say what mode the HTTP/S Proxy is in (Transparent? AD-SSO? etc.) and whether you're using Proxy Profiles.

thank you for the reply. I looked around and see no reference to monster. Anyway, as a work-around, I put monster in always blocked list, and create exceptions for people who need it.

For your question (what mode proxy is in), I will have to figure that out. I'm quite new to this box and still have lots of reading to do.
