I am sure this is a really simple question, but for the life of me I cannot see which is the best option.
I have recently upgraded to V8 and so far I am really impressed with it. However today I needed to allow a site that was being blocked and the usual method doesn't seem to work.
We use the HTTP/s Profiles and have a number of Filter Actions set up. We block uncategorised sites; however a user came to me this morning asking to access a website that was being blocked, albeit it was a legitimate work website.
I can add the site to the Filter Action and that then allows the user to access the site, however this would then need to be added to multiple filter actions. So I had assumed this could be added to the URL filtering to always allow access - however this didnt seem to work. Additionally adding it to the Exceptions list also didnt work.
