(Just manual install certificate and let Windows Auto decide where to put it or?)

For a standalone machine, while behind the proxy, navigate to http://passthrough.fw-notify.net/cacert.pem and install it into the Trusted CA's group.  You can also use the MMC on a windows machine to install it into the same group for computer certificates.

Manual Installation of certificate. But do not let Windows decide where to store...it will import the ca certificate to the users trusted ca`s, which will prevent local services or other users from using it (as Windows Updates or Windows Defender)

Open MMC / Certificates for the "local computer" (not user or services) and import the cert there into the trusted root CAs
