Problem acessing site.

Guys,
I'm having a strange problem here.
One site insists not be accessed trough Astaro. I can usually access it via another default gateway, but by Astaro comes up time out. I have already put all possible exceptions in the proxy, put in a bypass proxy and pass out of nothing. The site in question is or Zine Cultural - Juiz de Fora - MG Zine Cultural - Juiz de Fora - MG

Suggestions?
