How to unblock this URL???

Hello Community,
Got a small problem that I somehow cannot get fixed.

We are using a web service iprofile.org but the proxy filter blocks for access.

Live Log Content Filter says:

So I created an exception that says skip "Authentication", and "URL Filter" with 'For all requests' set to "Matching these URLs" and Target Domain to 'www.iprofile.org' as I expected this would unblock the block, but nope.

HTTP/S Global for Operation mode = Transparent.

So where I go wrong?

Some webservers don't like proxies, so you have to let the client connect directly. Since you're in a transparent mode, you can use the 'Transparent mode skiplist' on the 'Advanced' tab. For example, add a DNS Host definition for .

Does that solve your problem?

Many thanks for your reply and you are absolutely correct.
I removed the "exception" I had made and added 'www.iprofle.org' to the Transparent Mode Skip List and Bingo it now works! [:)]
