Why is this url/service blocked ????

Hi everybody,

I am trying to use a webservice to receive orders via this script. But unfortunaly this is not working. Pls. find the line out of the HTTP Proxy - is there anything wrong/blocked ???

    That might mean the server timed out, and that you have a misconfiguration or that the server doesn't like proxies.
