Why is this url/service blocked ????

Hi everybody,

I am trying to use a webservice to receive orders via this script. But unfortunaly this is not working. Pls. find the line out of the HTTP Proxy - is there anything wrong/blocked ???

According to the log the action is pass . What is the error you are getting. Do you have IPS enabled? if yes is there anything is the logs?
