Link Astaro to ipvpn to access US sites?

Has anyone managed to link Astaro to ipvpn (PPTP, L2TP OpenVPN) and direct various URLs(CBS, ABC, pandora) through it to have transparent access to US only content? 
Or, if there is another service which Astaro will link to in such a way, please suggest.  [:)]
